The next PIPSA conference is scheduled for 3-5 June 2014, at the Université de la Polynésie Française (UPF), Tahiti. The next PIPSA conference will be held in collaboation with GDI (Gouvernance et Développement Insulaire), a research institute affiliated with UPF.
The conference theme is Political, Economic and Legal Governance in Pacific States and Territories, a deliberately broad theme which covers a broad range of issues relating to the Pacific.
The PIPSA 2014 conference is convened by the PIPSA committee, whose members come from the University of the South Pacific, the University of Auckland, the State, Society & Governance in Melanesia Program at the ANU, the University of Hawaii, and the Université de la Polynésie Française.
